Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 48 hours after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 48 hours after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- Incorrect Design: If your product arrives with a different design than what you had sent to ExpressBay, we would accept the return and send you a new product with the correct design on it.
- Damaged design/product: We at ExpressBay ensure the quality of the product and the design imprinted on it. However if you feel the print or the product is damaged or somehow not able to justify the quality, you can reach to us and click some photos. We will have a look with our quality team and definitely do the needful.
- Size Issues: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges to your end customers. We would request you the check the specific product size charts before placing the orders.
- In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount.
- If we have already printed and shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.
